The house was located within easy walking distance to the village and stores. The accommodations were up to date and modern - very comfortable and it became 'home' immediately.

The house stayed comfortable for us during our July visit, the provided fans and open windows were all we needed. Thank you for having AC available, for those who may wish to use it.

A grill was provided and appreciated and we had a cook out our first night upon arriving. The kitchen had just about everything we needed including coffee, spices, and oils.

The push-button pull down shades were a nice touch, which still allowed sufficient light through when used day and privacy at night.

We loved our stay and will look to come back in the future.

This home is absolute perfection! Loved everything about it....ambience, decor, comfort, cleanliness, amenities, great location, short walk to town, lots of restaurants and shops, great ski conditions at Whiteface. My family and I would have loved to stay longer. Keirsa is a thoughtful and gracious host.

We had a wonderful weekend in the Adirondacks at Keirsa's home. It was warm and cozy inside, with fresh baked cookies for us upon arrival. Everything was as described and the host responded quickly to questions. The location is extremely convenient for walking to all the sites around Lake Placid and is also a quick drive to other nearby hiking spots.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at this air bnb! The owners were very hospitable and easy to work with. The beds are comfortable and the views are gorgeous. The sitting room and kitchen are inviting and comfortable. Perfect for a fun and relaxing weekend away. An easy walk to main street and all lake placid has to offer! We would love to come back and stay here again! Highly recommend!

Kerisa is a great host - very responsive and easy to reach, though honestly, we had zero issues. We arrived later in the evening and she left some lights on for us (which was so appreciated!). She also had a plate of homemade cookies (they were sooo good). In addition to all that, we loved the house! Everything was VERY clean from the bathrooms to the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. They do not rent to people with pets which is a huge plus because we're allergic. No dust, dirt or weird smells (I can't stand when furniture smells like dogs!!). The temperature of the house was easy to control, and never too hot or too cold at night. The furniture was comfortable and clean. Although the house is older, it is very updated and well-maintained. I would ABSOLUTELY come back. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We spent time here during the solar eclipse. Keirsa was a great host that was very accommodating. The house felt just like home and is in a great location right above Main Street. I would stay here again!
